Het populaire da Vinci Nova 1570 aquarelpenseel met het typische goudkleurige, synthetische Nova haar. Wat dit penseel zo bijzonder maakt is dat het is opgebouwd uit synthetisch filament in 3 verschillende diktes met hele kleine randjes langs de vezels. Dit voorkomt een te snelle afgifte van verf of water. Het Nova penseel is speciaal gevormd en aangepast aan de goede eigenschappen van synthetisch haar i.p.v. natuurlijk haar te willen imiteren. Overtreft de levensduur van natuurlijk haar aanzienlijk.

Het ronde penseel heeft een scherpe punt, houdt goed water vast en is geschikt voor vrijwel alle op water gebaseerde media zo als aquarel, gouache, tempera en acryl. Verdraagt ook bijtende stoffen. Korte, groen gelakte steel, haren gevat in een naadloze, vernikkelde messing bus.

What makes this brush so special is that it is made up of synthetic filament in 3 different thicknesses with very small edges along the fibres. This prevents too rapid a release of paint or water. The Nova brush is specially shaped and adapted to the good properties of synthetic hair instead of trying to imitate natural hair. Significantly exceeds the durability of natural hair.

The round brush has a sharp tip, holds water well and is suitable for almost all water-based media such as water colour, gouache, tempera and acrylic. Also tolerates corrosive substances. Short, green lacquered handle, bristles encased in a seamless, nickel-plated brass ferrule.
