Unison pastel Midnight
De Midnight 8-set is een uitbreiding van de Dark-serie, ontworpen door de kleurexperts van Unison Colour. Unison werkte samen met de Australische kunstenaar Chris Blake om Dark 19 en 20 te creëren, en met de Britse kunstenaar Robert Dutton om Dark 24 te ontwikkelen, een verkenning van het diepste blauw dat we maken. Als je op zoek bent naar een prachtig Pruisisch blauw in een zachte, gestructureerde pasteltint, dan heb je het nu gevonden. En dat niet alleen: als aanvulling hierop hebben we Dark 22 en 23 gecreëerd door de rood- en groentoon van Dark 24 te versterken, zodat je beschikt over die perfecte reeks intense, diepe blauwtinten.
En dan zijn er nog Carbon Black 1 en 2. Deze twee kleuren zijn onze donkerste ‘zwarte’ pastel kleuren.
Deze Unison pastel Midnight set bevat de volgende kleuren:

Unison pastels behoren tot de absolute wereldtop. Ze worden in Engeland met de hand gemaakt van de mooiste pigmenten die vanover de hele wereld verzameld zijn.
De consistentie is wat droger dan die van de wat cremige Sennelier. Maar omdat ze een heel ander kleurenpalet hebben zijn ze prima in combinatie te gebruiken.
We bezochten de fabriek in 2019 en waren erg onder de indruk van deze mensen die met hart en ziel hun pastelkrijtjes maken. Alleen pastels, in 380 kleuren en 4 formaten.

Unison pastel Midnight
The Midnight 8 set is an extension of the Dark range, created by the colour experts at Unison Colour. Unison partnered with Australian artist, Chris Blake, to create Dark 19 and 20, and with British artist, Robert Dutton, to create Dark 24, which was an exploration into the deepest blue that we make.
If you’re looking for a beautiful Prussian Blue in a soft textured pastel, then you’ve just found it. And not only that, to compliment it, Unison created Dark 22 and 23 by taking Dark 24, and increasing the red and green channels, to give you that perfect suite of intense, deep blues.
And then there’s Carbon Black 1 and 2. These two colours are our darkest ‘black’ pastels.

Unison pastels are among the absolute world top. They are handmade in England from the finest pigments collected from all over the world.
The consistency is a bit drier than that of the somewhat creamy Sennelier. But because they have a completely different color palette, they can be used in combination.
We visited the factory in 2019 and were very impressed with these people who make their pastels with heart and soul. Pastels only, in 380 colours and 4 sizes.
